Ingredients for Stir-Fried Garlic Sprouts with Pork: 50g pork, an appropriate amount of green onions and ginger, one tablespoon of light soy sauce, half a teaspoon of salt, 200g garlic sprouts, and two tablespoons of oil.
Method:


Step 1: Clean the garlic sprouts and cut them into sections, slice the pork into thin strips, and cut the green onions into small pieces, and the ginger into thin strips.


Step 2: Heat the oil in a pan to 60% heat, then stir-fry the pork until it changes color. Add green onions and ginger and continue to stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in the light soy sauce.


Step 3: Add the garlic sprouts and salt, stir-fry for about three to four minutes until done.


Step 4: Serve the dish.


Cooking Tips: When stir-frying garlic sprouts, the pan may dry out easily. At this point, pour a small amount of water into the frying spoon and pour it clockwise along the edge of the pan. Only a little water is needed. Avoid pouring water directly into the pan at once, as this will make the dish watery and less tasty.
