Ingredients for Stir-Fried Garlic Sprouts with Eggs:
Garlic sprouts 250g, Local eggs 5, Salt 3g, Hao Ji Spicy Sichuan Sauce 1 tablespoon, Oil 25g.



Instructions for Stir-Frying Garlic Sprouts with Eggs:


Step 1: Rinse the garlic sprouts.


Step 2: Chop the garlic sprouts and crack the eggs into a bowl.


Step 3: Add salt and Sichuan sauce, then mix well.


Step 4: Heat the oil and pour in the garlic sprouts and eggs, turn to medium heat and flip after about 5 minutes.


Step 5: Cook for about 10 minutes.
