Ingredients for Stir-Fried Crown Daisy: Crown Daisy 500g, Garlic to taste, Ginger to taste, Dried Red Chilli Peppers to taste, Salt to taste, Chicken Flavor Powder to taste, Peanut Oil to taste.
Method for Stir-Frying Crown Daisy:


1. Wash and cut the Crown Daisy into sections.


2. Pour peanut oil into the pan, and once hot, fry garlic slices, ginger slices, and dried red chili peppers.


3. First, put in the stem part and stir-fry evenly, then add the leaf part.


4. Quickly stir-fry until the color changes, season with salt and chicken flavor powder, and mix well before serving.


5. Simple seasoning is all that’s needed.
