Ingredients for Garlic Flavored Pork Ribs: 500g pork ribs, 1 small bowl of garlic, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of starch, 1 green and red pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper, and appropriate amount of oil and salt.
Method: Step 1: Marinate the ribs with a suitable amount of salt, ginger, cooking wine, and soy sauce for five minutes.

Step 2: Crush a large amount of garlic into garlic granules and marinate in the refrigerator for more than three hours.

Step 3: Take out the marinated ribs and put them in a bowl, add an egg and mix well.

Step 4: Add an appropriate amount of starch to form a thin film on the surface of the ribs.

Step 5: Heat the oil in a pan until it reaches 50-60% heat, then fry the ribs over low heat until they are 80-90% cooked. Remove them from the pan.

Step 6: Increase the oil temperature to high heat, then fry the ribs until they are golden brown and set aside.

Step 7: Heat the pan with cool oil, fry the garlic until it turns golden.

Step 8: Add green and red pepper granules and stir-fry.

Step 9: Put the fried ribs into the pan and stir-fry.

Step 10: After a few stirs, add a small amount of salt and pepper and continue to stir-fry.

Step 11: Serve the dish.

Cooking Tips for Garlic Flavored Pork Ribs: 1. It is best to use straight ribs, marinate them with a little salt and ginger for five minutes to add a base flavor; then marinate with a large amount of garlic for a longer time, preferably overnight. 2. Fry the ribs with medium-low heat until they are 80-90% cooked, then re-fry with high heat to color. 3. After frying, stir-fry the ribs with minced garlic to enhance the garlic flavor.
