Ingredients for Fish-Flavored Pleurotus Eryngii: Four medium-sized Pleurotus eryngii, one-third of a carrot, a small handful of wood ear mushrooms after soaking, half a spoon of Pixian bean paste, three cloves of garlic, one green pepper.
Method: Step 1: Prepare the ingredients. Step 2: Slice the green pepper, shred the carrot, and slice the garlic cloves. Step 3: Tear the Pleurotus eryngii into two and then into smaller strips.
