Ingredients for Black Pepper Beef Cubes: Steak 150g, Onion 150g, Olive Oil 4g, Butter 10g, Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste, Sea Salt to taste, Black Pepper Sauce 1 tablespoon, Lemon Juice 2g, Red Wine 5g.
Method:


Step 1: Prepare the auxiliary ingredients: olive oil, butter, red wine, lemon juice, freshly ground black pepper, sea salt, black pepper sauce.


Step 2: Place the steak in the refrigerator or thaw naturally at room temperature. After thawing, use kitchen paper to absorb excess moisture from the steak.


Step 3: Cut the beef into cubes to your preferred size.


Step 4: Add a little lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and a bit of olive oil. Mix well until the beef cubes are sticky and marinate for 10 minutes.


Step 5: Slice the onion into thin strips.


Step 6: Heat the pan with a little olive oil, add the onion strips, and stir-fry briefly until they are just cooked.


Step 7: Remove the onion strips and set aside.


Step 8: Heat the pan over high heat, then reduce to medium heat, add butter, and once it melts slightly, add the marinated beef cubes.


Step 9: Pan-fry the beef cubes until one side changes color, then flip and cook the other side until it also changes color.


Step 10: Deglaze the pan with red wine.


Step 11: Pour in 1 tablespoon of black pepper sauce and stir-fry evenly.


Step 12: Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper and sea salt over the beef cubes, and stir-fry until well mixed. Adjust the amount of pepper and salt according to personal taste. When sprinkling black pepper, use your hand to ensure an even distribution.


Step 13: Place the stir-fried beef cubes on a plate with onions. For a stronger black pepper flavor, you can add more on top, or sprinkle with basil, parsley, or other herb flakes for added flavor.
