Ingredients for Spicy Shrimp and Chicken Feet Pot: Chicken Feet 500g, Fresh Shrimp 400g, Potatoes 2 pieces, Onion 1, Ginger half piece sliced, Garlic cloves 6, Chili according to personal taste, Bean Paste 2 tablespoons, Dark Soy Sauce as needed for coloring, Oyster Sauce 1 tablespoon, Salt according to personal taste, Chicken Flavoring according to personal taste, Green Onions 6, Rock Sugar 4 pieces, Cooking Wine as needed.

Method: Step 1: Clean the chicken feet, blanch them to remove the blood, rinse under cold water, and then place them in a pot with ginger slices, green onion knots, a small amount of salt, and water covering the chicken feet. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.

Step 2: While the chicken feet are simmering, pan-fry the shrimp and potatoes for enhanced flavor.

Step 3: Pan-fry the potatoes.

Step 4: (Note: The photo is a bit lacking.) After half an hour, heat oil in the pot, add garlic, chili, bean paste, onion, potatoes, and shrimp to stir-fry. Pour in a small amount of cooking wine, add rock sugar, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, a small amount of water, and then add the well-simmered chicken feet (the chicken feet should be nearly bone-dry). Simmer for ten more minutes (until the sauce is almost gone). Add a small amount of chicken flavoring to enhance the taste, and then add a small amount of cornstarch water to thicken the sauce.

Step 5: Your aromatic Spicy Shrimp and Chicken Feet Pot is ready! Sprinkle with some chopped green onions for a perfect finish.
