Ingredients for Beef Stew with Radish: 500g beef rib meat, 250g white radish, 30g peanut oil, 5g star anise, 5g cinnamon, 5g ginger, 2g salt, 40g soy sauce, 20g sugar, appropriate amount of Sichuan peppercorns, appropriate amount of spring onions.
Method:


Step 1: Peel the radish and cut it into pieces. Blanch to remove bitterness, then soak in cold water and set aside.


Step 2: Place the beef in a pot with an appropriate amount of Sichuan peppercorns and cold water.


Step 3: After boiling, remove and rinse the beef for later use.


Step 4: Heat peanut oil in a pan until it reaches 70% heat, then add ginger slices, star anise, and cinnamon, stir-fry briefly.
