Ingredients for Spicy Chicken: 6 chicken wings, 5 chicken drumsticks, a bowl of dried red chili peppers, 7 wet red chili peppers, appropriate amount of Gold Dragonfish Grandma’s Small Press Rapeseed Oil, a small handful of Sichuan peppercorns, 15 grams of soy sauce, 15 grams of oyster sauce, 2 grams of salt, 10 grams of cooking wine, 4 slices of ginger, 3 grams of minced garlic.
Method: Step 1: Prepare the ingredients. Step 2: Trim the dried and wet red chili peppers into sections, and soak the dried ones in water. Step 3: Clean the chicken wings and drumsticks, then chop them into small pieces. Step 4: Add ginger slices, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Step 5: Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes. Step 6: Pour Gold Dragonfish rapeseed oil into a saucepan.


Step 7: Heat over medium heat until it starts to steam. Step 8: Fry the drained chicken pieces over low heat until golden brown. Step 9: Set aside after frying. Step 10: Heat the pan, pour in an appropriate amount of Gold Dragonfish Grandma’s Small Press Rapeseed Oil, sauté minced garlic, then add wet chili peppers until the skin blisters. Step 11: Stir-fry dried chili pepper sections and Sichuan peppercorns to release fragrance.


Step 12: Pour in the chicken pieces and stir-fry evenly until done. Step 13: Taste, it’s very spicy and delicious. Step 14: It’s a great accompaniment to rice!
