Ingredients for Mini Mushroom Burgers:
– About 16 mushrooms


– Shrimp paste, to taste


– Black pepper and salt, to taste


– Olive oil, to taste


– 9 Mushroom Seasoning, 2 tablespoons


– Salad dressing, to taste


– Cucumber, to taste


– Cherry tomatoes, to taste


– Cheese slices, to taste



Instructions for Mini Mushroom Burgers:


1. Spray olive oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the mushrooms on both sides until they are slightly brown.


2. Season with black pepper and salt, then set aside.


3. Stuff the mushrooms with shrimp paste.


4. Fry the stuffed mushrooms in the pan until both sides are golden brown.


5. Add two tablespoons of 9 Mushroom Seasoning and let it simmer for 3 minutes to absorb the flavors.


6. Squeeze on salad dressing.


7. Place cucumber, tomatoes, and cheese slices inside.


8. Cover with the mushroom cap and secure with a toothpick, then let it stew for 1 minute.


9. Your tender and delicious mini mushroom burgers are ready!
